Procedure:

Step 1: Place cables on the cable guides and slide down the racks against the frame.

Step 2: Put the cables through the rack ends.

Step 3: Insert the rack ends into the mount.

Step 4: Install and tighten the head tube screw, cap screws, and set screws.
